JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Ten people were displaced Monday night after a structure fire just blocks from Jacksonville University, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
The fire on the 2800 block of Justina Road was reported by JFRD at 5:50 p.m. on Monday.
The cause of the fire was due to a "misuse of lighting materials," according to JFRD.
There were no injuries reported in the fire, but the American Red Cross responded for three adults and seven children who were affected by the fire.
This fire comes just one day after an apartment fire in the Arlington area, that left 15 people displaced.
This is a developing story.
