'R&B legend' Keith Sweat to perform at Jacksonville's Florida Theatre in September

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Tickets for "R&B legend" Keith Sweat's Jacksonville concert went on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.

"Prepare to be serenaded by the smooth sounds of R&B legend Keith Sweat as 'The Sweat Hotel' makes its way to The Florida Theatre on September 28th," the historic theatre said in a news release. "Renowned for his soulful voice and captivating stage presence, Keith Sweat promises an unforgettable evening filled with timeless hits and electrifying performances."

Sweat, who is 62 years old and is the 1997 'American Music Award for Favorite Male Artist Soul/R&B' winner, will ignite fans "through his extensive catalog of chart-topping hits." He's well-known for tracks like "Twisted," "Nobody," "I Want Her," and "Make It Last Forever."
