Jacksonville 'Paisley Pumps and Pastels' event is all about 'celebrating summertime,' organizer says

At Paisley Pumps and Pastels, a portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting various not-for-profit organizations.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — 'Paisley Pumps and Pastels,' an event being held in Jacksonville, promises an evening filled with excitement and vibrant energy.

The event is set to kick off next Saturday, July 20, and is is all about networking and having a fantastic time, with delicious food and lively music ensuring the fun lasts all night long.

II Dope Chics is renowned not only for their amazing events, but also for their commitment to giving back to the community. At Paisley Pumps and Pastels, a portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting various not-for-profit organizations.

Event coordinators shared their passion for community support in an exclusive interview with First Coast News, On Your Side's Jasmine Monroe. Every event II Dope Chics hosts is a chance to make a difference. 

"From Back-to-School Drives to providing scholarships and supporting nursing homes, we are dedicated to funneling resources back into the community," said Shawnta Pride and Millicent Daniels, two of the event coordinators.
