Naval Station Mayport sailors hold special ceremony in remembrance of 9/11 on 23rd anniversary
Sailors Wednesday morning took part in an annual flag-raising ceremony at the Navy base to honor the lives lost in the deadliest terrorist attack in U.S. history.
