JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Because of more widespread fog Thursday, probably the worst we’ve had all week, the First Coast's Most Accurate Weather Team is issuing a Weather Impact Alert.
The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory until 10 a.m. As the morning progresses, a surface cold front will sweep through, clearing the skies by the afternoon. Temperatures will remain steady in the low 70s, offering a mild end to the day.
WHEN: Thursday, Dec. 19, 2024, until 10 a.m.
IMPACT: Dense fog has visibility down to .25 mile or less for many during their morning commute.
NEED: Take your time on roads, use caution and leave early for your destination if necessary.
