JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — WHEN: until 7 p.m.
IMPACT: Wet roads and possibly blinding rain at times on the roadways. Localized street flooding will be possible within the strongest, slowest-moving storms. Saturated ground will heighten the flooding threat for low-lying areas and areas with poor drainage.
NEED: Caution on the roads, allow extra time for travel trouble spots and an umbrella would certainly be handy.
