JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Helene is expected to make landfall on the Gulf Coast of Florida as a major hurricane.
The forecast track and cone from the National Hurricane Center remains fairly consistent, with a landfall occurring sometime Thursday evening as a major, Category 3 hurricane.
