JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A multi-vehicle crash shut down multiple lanes of the Dames Point Bridge heading south Friday.
The crash happened around 9:45 a.m. and traffic remained clogged until just before 1 p.m.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said six people were transported to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
A First Coast News viewer sent in this image of the crash, noting he sat in traffic on the bridge for almost two hours.
