Major delays happened Wednesday morning after the left and two center southbound lanes on the Buckman Bridge were closed because of a crash. Only the right lane was open at the time.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reported the crash around 8 a.m. The Florida Highway Patrol cleared the crash after 10:30 a.m.
