JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Update: The sheriff's office says all lanes on I-295 have reopened as of 2:17 p.m.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says Interstate 295 at New Kings Road and Dunn Avenue is currently shut down Sunday afternoon due to "police presence."
