CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol says there is a fatal accident blocking Blanding Boulevard Boulevard at Scenic Drive in Clay County.
All northbound lanes are blocked.
The accident involved a van and a tractor trailer.
One person was pronounced dead on scene.
