ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — A man is dead after he was struck Monday morning by a tractor-trailer on Interstate 95 southbound in St. Johns County. The male was walking on the stretch of highway in St. Augustine near the Outlet Mall around 6:30 a.m. He was walking within the outside southbound lane, according to a Florida Highway Patrol accident report.
All of the southbound lanes were closed following the wreck. The lanes were later reopened.
