The off-ramp onto southbound Phoenix Avenue from Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway is closed due to an crash with injuries on Wednesday morning. A dump truck rolled over on a car, killing the driver according to Jacksonville police.
All directions of Phoenix Avenue at Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway will be closed for a "prolonged period of time", officials said.
The dump truck remains on top of the car. The driver has not been identified by police, at this time. Investigators are working to determine what lead to the crash.
