JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Fire Department says a person was hospitalized after an accident Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 95 N at Philips Highway.
The accident happened around 1:39 p.m. JFRD helped rescue one person who was trapped inside of the vehicle that appeared to be wrapped around a tree.
JFRD says the crash victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
