JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — I-95 North is shut down at the off-ramp to Zoo Parkway afternoon.
As of 4:30, police said traffic was being diverted off of Edgewood to Main or Lem Turner.
The Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department is reporting the accident as fatal.
