JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Drivers will see extended lane closures on I-95 northbound at Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway following "unforeseen circumstances during construction," the Florida Department of Transportation announced Sunday night.
In addition to those closures, officials said the ramp from northbound I-95 to westbound Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway (Exit 354B) will remain closed until further notice while ongoing construction is completed.
The two northbound lanes of I-95 will remain open.
Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead when using the roadway or seek alternate routes if possible.
First Coast News reached out to FDOT for more information on these closures and will update this story when we hear back.
