The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) has identified the pedestrian who died in a hit-and-run crash on the Westside Monday night.
Charles Nicholas Raybuck, 29, was in the travel lane of Normandy Boulevard near Lane Avenue when he was struck by an unknown vehicle around 9 p.m., FHP said. Raybuck died shortly after.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene east on Normandy Boulevard.
At this time, suspect description or the vehicle description aren't known.
