ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — The Florida Department of Transportation will begin scheduled maintenance on I-95 southbound at US 1 in St. AugustineTuesday night.
The work is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Tuesday and will continue until 6 a.m. on Wednesday, according to FDOT.
Crews will close the same stretch again Wednesday night into Thursday morning during the same hours.
As a detour, drivers trying to get on US 1 while driving south on I-95 will be routed south to the Matanaz Woods Parkway before getting onto I-95 northbound to reach US 1.
Drivers trying to get in I-95 south from US 1 will need to drive north to State Road 206, where they will be able to get on I-95 South.
Drivers should use caution when they drive through the area while crews are working.
