JACKSONVILLE, Fla — A crash on the Westside backed up traffic on Interstate 295 at Normandy Boulevard Tuesday morning.
As of 7:45 a.m., traffic was backed up to the 103rd Street exit.
According to the Florida Department of Transportation, the multi-vehicle crash happened at the on-ramp of Normandy Boulevard. The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department crews responded to the scene, which was clear as of 9 a.m.
Drivers were advised to use Lane Avenue to get to I-10 from Normandy Boulevard as an alternate route.
