JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A crash has shut down all northbound lanes on Blanding Boulevard at Morse Avenue Sunday evening, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Drivers are encouraged to take an alternate route if possible and use caution when traveling in the area.
