JACKSONVILLE, Fla — A crash that caused a major backup on I-295 northbound near 9B Friday morning has since cleared.
The crash was blocking the two center lanes of the highway. Now, the crash has been moved to the shoulder.
The area saw some heavy delays. Drivers are urged to use US-1 and I-95 as alternate routes.
