JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — All lanes of Southside Boulevard have reopened as of 10:38 a.m. on Sunday, after an unidentified person discharged a firearm and threatened several victims, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

JSO says there were no people injured during the incident and that there is no ongoing threat to the community.
