Authorities are searching for the driver of a white Honda Civic that was traveling northbound on I-95 around 9:08 p.m. Sunday.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — All northbound lanes of Interstate-95 at Butler Boulevard were closed Sunday night due to a hit-and-run that left a 15 year old dead, according to the Florida Highway Patrol report.

The report said a white Honda Civic hit the rear of a black Toyota Tacoma around 9:08 p.m., causing it to roll over. The driver of the Civic then fled on foot, troopers said.

The truck's 15-year-old driver was taken to Wolfson's Hospital and later died. A 16-year-old passenger in the truck was not injured, the report said.
