JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville drivers cannot take the eastbound lanes of the Mathews Bridge this weekend due to construction, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
All eastbound lanes closed Friday at 9 p.m. and are set to reopen Monday at 6 a.m.
During the closure, eastbound drivers will be redirected to the Hart Bridge.
Drivers are encouraged to use the Dames Point or Fuller Warren Bridges as a detour.
