One person died and four others were injured in a head-on crash involving two vehicles early Saturday morning, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
The crash happened shortly after midnight near Old Middleburg Road North and Fouraker Road.
One person died at the scene while the other four were transported to the hospital with critical injuries, police said.
All victims appear to be adults, police said.
