CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — SpaceX is launching a mysterious national security mission out of Cape Canaveral Tuesday night.
A Falcon 9 rocket will launch the classified USS-124 mission for the U.S. Space Force at 5:30 p.m.
The mission is classified, but in a statement Tuesday morning, the Space Force revealed the mission is sending six satellites into orbit.
Two of those satellites are for the Missile Defense Agency and four are for the Space Development Agency.
No further information on the mission has been revealed.
