Meet athletes from the First Coast who are in the 2024 Paris Olympics

There are seven athletes from the First Coast who will be representing the country on one of the world's biggest stages.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — As we inch closer to the start of the 2024 Olympics in Paris, First Coast News is On Your Side to familiarize you with some of the names who will be representing the United States on one of the world's biggest stages.

There are seven athletes from the First Coast who will be participating in the Olympic Games; meet them below.

Caeleb Dressel

  • Hometown: Green Cove Springs
  • Sport: Swimming
  • Seven-time Olympic gold medalist
  • Competed in 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio De Janeiro & 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo
  • Attended University of Florida
