TAMPA, Fla. — Jaguars' quarterback Trevor Lawrence suffered a shoulder injury in the third quarter of Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers.
Lawrence says he hurt his throwing shoulder after being pushed out-of-bounds on a 4th-down scramble while landing on it.
Lawrence also says he will have his shoulder checked out this week.
On Friday, just two days before the game, Lawrence was cleared from the NFL's concussion protocol.
This season, Lawrence has sustained several injuries including his knee, high-ankle sprain, concussion, and now, his right shoulder.
C. J. Beathard would play the final quarter of the game while going 11-15 for 94 yards and one touchdown.
Following the Buccaneers, the Jaguars have two more regular season games left to play.
