What about Doug Marrone? Owner Shad Khan spoke to him after the game to confirm that the decision on Dave Caldwell has no bearing on Marrone or his coaching staff.  Khan informed Marrone that he and his coaching staff are secure through the end of the 2020 season

A lot has been said about Dave Caldwell’s tenure in Jax, & he deserves tons of criticism for his results, but Jags GM gig isn’t a very desirable spot & before he got there he inherited the worst non-expansion roster I can remember. Legit FAs didn’t go to Jax before he got there

Here's the only reason you don't fire the HC now: you want a clean sweep and you don't want anyone on the staff providing a spark and "earning" the job and then you end up with much of the same staff (see 2017)

Jaguars' GM job is pretty attractive ...

• Patient owner willing to give you resources.
• Likely Top 2 pick in a QB-rich year.
• Multiple '21 picks in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th rounds.
• Some nice young pieces (Henderson, Shenault, etc.)
