Originally from Icard, North Carolina, Shatley joined the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in May 2014.
Over the course of ten seasons, he has made his mark on the franchise, playing in an impressive 145 games. Notably, Shatley holds the franchise record for the most consecutive games played, boasting an astonishing 140-game streak.
