PITTSBURGH — The Jaguars were in a soggy Pittsburgh on Sunday. Despite leading the NFL in takeaways heading into this game, the Jaguars had to play "makeup" after placing powerhouse defenders on the "inactive" list before the Steelers game.

  • 7 WR Zay Jones
  • 32 CB Tyson Campbell

The Jaguars were prepared for TJ Watt to be a menace heading into the game. The Steelers defense forced a 51-yard field goal from McManus again. Jaguars still in the lead, 6-0.

Before the end of the first quarter, Trevor Lawrence made the mistake of throwing a pass to Calvin Ridley at the endzone with three defenders on him. He was picked off. The Steelers' pick resulted in a field goal for the Steelers. The Jaguars still up, 6-3.

With 14 seconds left in the first half, Steelers starting quarterback, Kenny Pickett gets taken out of the game with a rib injury.

The Jaguars lead at the end of the first half, 9-3.

Etienne has scored two touchdowns in the last three games so far.

Before the fourth, Steelers backup quarterback, Mitch Trubisky connects with George Pickens for the touchdown. Pitts back in the game, 17-10. The Jaguars are still in the lead.

In the fourth, Jaguars Andrew Wingard picks off Trubisky. This would give the Jaguars a chance to get some momentum. The drive would end in a field goal from McManus. The Jaguars are still up, 20-10.

The Jaguars would earn their "bye" week rest, beating the Steelers. They're now 6-2 with a five-game winning streak.

They're back to business on November 12 against the San Fransico 49ers at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville at 1 p.m.
