27. New Orleans Saints: Dallas Goedert, TE, South Dakota St.

28. Pittsburgh Steelers: Leighton Vander Esch, LB, Boise State

29. Jacksonville Jaguars: Hayden Hurst, TE, South Carolina

Thoughts: At the team's pre-draft luncheon on Friday, both football executive Tom Coughlin and head coach Doug Marrone mentioned that it is hard to find a traditional two-way tight end these days and Hurst is among the few in the class who can catch and block well. If he falls to No. 29, it would seem like a serendipitous match for the Jaguars and the local kid.

Hurst's age shouldn't be an issue for Jacksonville, as they can get at least two contracts out of the tight end if he pans out. This team is ready to win now, so Jacksonville will hit the ground running with an NFL-ready prospect at tight end.

30. Minnesota Vikings: Connor Williams, G, Texas

31. New England Patriots: Josh Jackson, CB, Iowa

32. Philadelphia Eagles: Ronald Jones, RB, USC

Round 2

33. Cleveland Browns: Kolton Miller, OT, UCLA

38. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Isaiah Oliver, CB, Colorado

39. Chicago Bears: Justin Reid, S, Stanford

40. Denver Broncos: D.J. Moore, WR, Maryland

41. Oakland Raiders: Courtland Sutton, WR, SMU

42. Miami Dolphins: Tyrell Crosby, T/G, Oregon

43. New England Patriots (via 49ers): Christian Kirk, WR, Texas A&M

44. Washington Redskins: Mike Gesicki, TE, Penn State

45. Green Bay Packers: Kemoko Turay, OLB/DE, Rutgers

46. Cincinnati Bengals: Mike Hughes, CB, UCF

47. Arizona Cardinals: Deon Cain, WR, Clemson

48. Los Angeles Chargers: Tim Settle, DT, Virginia Tech

49. Indianapolis Colts (via Jets through Seahawks): James Washington, WR, Oklahoma State

50. Dallas Cowboys: Ronnie Harrison, S, Alabama

51. Detroit Lions: Billy Price, C/G, Ohio State

52. Baltimore Ravens: Mark Andrews, TE, Oklahoma

53. Buffalo Bills: D.J. Chark, WR, LSU

54. Kansas City Chiefs: Braden Smith, G, Auburn

55. Carolina Panthers: Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia

56. Buffalo Bills (via Rams): Frank Ragnow, C, Arkansas

57. Tennessee Titans: Martinas Rankin, C, Mississippi State

58. Atlanta Falcons: Anthony Miller, WR, Memphis

59. San Francisco 49ers (via Saints): Rashaad Penny, RB, San Diego State

60. Pittsburgh Steelers: Tarvarius Moore, FS, Southern Miss

61. Jacksonville Jaguars: Orlando Brown, OT, Oklahoma

Thoughts: As with my first mock draft, I just feel like Brown and the Jaguars are such a good fit. Brown clearly has question marks regarding his athleticism and work ethic, but a good coaching staff could put him on the right track. He looks like a legit NFL tackle on tape and he has plenty of upside as well.

Brown could compete at guard as a rookie or serve as the team's swing tackle. Working behind the likes of Cam Robinson and Jermey Parnell could really do wonders for Brown.

62. Minnesota Vikings: Ian Thomas, TE, Indiana

63. New England Patriots: Kyle Lauletta, QB, Richmond

64. Cleveland Browns (via Eagles): Carlton Davis, CB, Auburn

Jaguars' Picks for the Remainder of the Draft

Third Round (93): Tegray Scales, LB, Indiana

Thoughts: The Jaguars have an immediate opening at SAM linebacker and they aren't going to just hand the job to Blair Brown. The second-year linebacker will need to earn the gig and it's hard to find better competition for him than Scales.

The Indiana linebacker has terrific instincts and tackling ability. He also showed a prowess for blitzing while in college. Even if Scales doesn't win the starting SAM job, he has the versatility to backup all three linebacker spots.

Fourth Round (129): Mike White, QB, Western Kentucky

Thoughts: The Jaguars probably won't have Cody Kessler battle with an undrafted free agent for the backup quarterback job in training camp. If they are going to have a rookie challenge Kessler, they'll need to force him into an actual competition.

White is a pure pocket passer with NFL size and an accurate arm. He has very limited mobility but seemingly fits into the pocket-oriented attack that Nathaniel Hackett desires. He has the potential to be a long-term backup for the Jaguars.

Sixth Round (203): Javon Wims, WR, Georgia

Thoughts: The Jaguars still have some work to do at wide receiver. Wims has great size (6-4, 215 lbs.) and could be a huge redzone target for the Jaguars. He is also local, as he played his high school football at Ed White.

Seventh Round (230 via Bengals): Brandon Facyson, CB, Virginia Tech

Thoughts: The Jaguars still need to build cornerback depth after adding D.J. Hayden through free agency. Facyson has excellent size (6-2, 197) and could be a standout on special teams as a fourth or fifth cornerback.

Seventh Round (247): Joshua Kalu, S, Nebraska

Thoughts: The Jaguars have put an emphasis on adding depth and special teams standouts this offseason and Kalu has the talent to check off both boxes. A former cornerback, Kalu has strong speed at the safety position and his coverage ability is a strength. He is still getting adjusted to the position and has plenty of upside moving forward.
