JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Led by Dorian James and Chaz Lanier, the UNF men's basketball team defeated JU 82-74 to claim the first River City Rumble of the season.
Things looked good for the Dolphins in the first half as they led 36-33 at halftime.
However, after trailing by two with about 15 minutes left in regulation, UNF went on a 25-8 run fueled by the stellar play of Lanier and James.
James led the Ospreys with 25 points and four rebounds, while Lanier added another 21 points.
UNF now owns a three-game win streak against JU and leads the all-time head-to-head record 22-20.
