Mayor Lenny Curry and the Jaguars were on hand to cut the ribbon at Kooker Park as the city broke ground on a $125,000 upgrade.
The upgrade was funded by a $100,000 grant from NFL Foundation's Grassroots Initiative — applied for by the Jaguars Foundation — and a $25,000 grant from ESPN.
