JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jaguars signed quarterback Matt Barkley to the active roster Tuesday.
Barkley will be coming to Jacksonville from the New York Giants practice squad.
This is the 11th team that Barkley has played for.
He was originally drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2013.
He has also played for Arizona, Chicago, San Francisco, Cincinnati, Buffalo, Tennessee, Carolina and Atlanta.
In Chicago, he started six games, and in Buffalo, he started once.
from the New York Giants practice squad, the team announced today. Additionally, the team has placed S Daniel Thomas on the reserve/injured list.
In his career, he has completed 212-of-363 passes for 2,699 yards and 11 touchdowns.
