JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars will be taking practice on the road on Thursday.
Due to inclement weather, the team will move practice to Episcopal School of Jacksonville. The school's turf field will allow the team to have a familiar surface in practice.
Jaguars owner Shad Khan recently announced a plan to build an indoor practice facility that would be located outside of EverBank Field near the South End Zone. The estimated cost would be roughly $30 million, according to Khan, who announced the plan earlier this month at the team's annual Back to Football Luncheon.
The Jaguars hope to have the facility in place by next year's training camp, according to Jaguars.com.
