TICKETS:
Tickets for THE PLAYERS Championship are available through its website and a select Publix stores around Northeast Florida.
Prices are $25 for practice rounds Tuesday and Wednesday; $60 Thursday and $70 Friday through Sunday. A weekly pass is $240 for Tuesday through Sunday.
Gates open at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday; 7 a.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Competition starts at 7:35 a.m. Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. Saturday and 7:45 a.m. Sunday.
A ticketed adult can bring an unlimited number of 18-year-old or younger golf fans in for free.
All career military- active duty, Reserve, retiree, and dependents- get complimentary admission to the tournament by registering on THE PLAYERS Championship website. Non-career military can get discounted admission at that same link.
PARKING, TRANSPORTATION:
Parking in the general lot is free Tuesday and Wednesday. Officials expect to sell out of parking Thursday through Sunday. Daily passes cost $35 Thursday and $40 Friday through Sunday. Pass must be purchased in advanced on THE PLAYERS website.
AVOID PARKING HASSLES: There will be a ridesharing pick up and drop off spot at the Couples Entry off ATP Boulevard. Rideshare vehicles will be parked here during the tournament.
SHUTTLE FROM JACKSONVILLE: Fans traveling in from Jacksonville can catch a shuttle downtown for $20. Thursday through Sunday, there will be shuttles from Hogan Street by the Omni Hotel, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and the Lexington Hotel. Pickup and drop-off times and shuttle tickets are all available on THE PLAYERS Championship website.
FAN RULES:
You're allowed to bring in your own food if it's in a clear, plastic one-gallon bag and it must be wrapped in clear material. You're not allowed to bring your own water bottle, but you can refill a bottle that you purchase at the tournament at the many water stations around the course.
For those carrying bags, it must be 6x6x6 inches or smaller if it’s opaque or 12x6x12 inches or smaller if it’s clear. Small diaper bags, strollers, and other essential baby supplies are allowed at the tournament, but are subject to search. Umbrellas without sleeves, collapsible chairs without bags, seat cushions without pockets or carrying cases, and binoculars without cases are also allowed.
Your phone must be on silent at the tournament. Video cameras are not allowed at all during the week, and cameras with lenses smaller than six inches are allowed only during practice rounds. You can use your phone to capture photos and videos through tournament week for personal use. Phone calls can only be made in designated areas.
