Doug Pederson and the Jaguars' top brass have already made some tough decisions about their staff this season and will have to do the same for their roster.
One of the biggest questions is whether or not they're going to re-sign wide receiver Calvin Ridley, who will be a free agent.
Ridley did not disappoint in his first year in the teal and black, leading all Jags receivers in yards (1,016) and touchdowns (8).
The Jaguars acquired Ridley in a trade with the Atlanta Falcons in 2022 right before the NFL trade deadline. One of the conditions in the trade is that Jacksonville must forfeit a second-round pick in 2024 to the Falcons if they do re-sign the 29-year-old playmaker.
Ridley gave his thoughts regarding his future here in the River City.
"There's a lot of things that have to be right. So, It's not up to me," said Ridley. "I got out of this season healthy. I know I'm a good player. I feel y'all. I can run fast still, I'll tell you that. Whoever wants a good player. I'll tell you that."
The Jaguars have already given up a third-round pick to the Falcons after Ridley hit several incentives this season. Now it comes down to whether that third-rounder will turn into a second if Ridley is re-signed.
