JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The bridge over St. Mary's River on the Florida-Georgia line will close to all traffic Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to the Florida Department of Transportation.
The detour to this closing is listed as I-95 by FDOT.
The bridge is closing for a routine inspection, focusing on the truss portion of the bridge. Those portions were originally built in 1927 and reconstructed in 2005, according to FDOT. The last time the bridge was inspected was November 2014.
