DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Firefighters responded to a brush fire just north of Margaritaville on Sunday.
The Daytona Beach Fire Department first posted about the blaze on Facebook around 1 p.m. Crews said the flames had spread about 100 acres.
With the help of the the Florida Forest Service, crews were able to contain the fire within a couple of hours.
No injuries were reported and no structures were threatened, officials confirmed.
