PALM BEACH, Fla. — A scuba diver from Brevard County had a close encounter Tuesday with a massive great white shark.
Jim Cocci, of Viera, said he was diving near a spot known as The Breakers Reef, which is just a mile from the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, when he spotted the shark.
“Only need two words to describe diving West Palm with Walker's Dive Charters today: ‘Great White,’” Cocci wrote on Facebook.
