JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Duval County School Board District 1, 3, and 7 seats are decided.
The District 1 seat has gone to Tony Ricardo. District 3 will go to Cindy Pearson. District 7 goes to Melody Bolduc.
District 5 will go to a runoff because none of the three candidates reached a majority. Hank Rogers and Reginald Reggie Blount will move onto a runoff in November.
