JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — We are honored to share the stories of the brave men and women who wear the uniform of our armed forces.
First Coast News is proud to present this Stories of Service special. Throughout this special we’ll meet men and women who are currently serving in the military and hear the stories of what they do on a daily basis to serve our country.
We’ll also meet some veterans who have launched second careers in the business world after they served our country.
Captain Brian Binder, the Commander of Naval Station Mayport, also sits down with us to describe what service means to him and how he sees service play out every day on base.
