Prosecutors have released more discovery materials on Friday including multiple photos of possible evidence in the murder case against Kimberly Kessler.
Kessler is charged with the first-degree murder of Joleen Cummings, a Nassau County mother who disappeared last May. Her body has not been found.
The newly released materials include photos such as a dumpster full of cleaning products and wax paper. Another photo shows a blue tarp and gray bin which have stains of some type on them.
Another set of photos shows an American flag bandana tied to a tree branch in the middle of the woods next to a train track. Below the bandana appears to be a blue clothing item and pink polka dot top of some kind.
Prosecutors also released multiple text conversations between Kessler and an unknown associate where they appear to discuss the fact that Cummings has gone missing.
