JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — An unidentified woman's body was found in Camden County, Georgia on Saturday evening, according to law enforcement.
The body was found near the southbound exit ramp at Exit 14 in Woodbine around 6 p.m., the Camden County Sheriff's Office. It is unknown how the woman died or if foul play is involved.
The body was found near a fence near the exit ramp, Camden County Sheriff's Office Captain James L. Bruce said. A man walking his dog near a Chevron gas station saw the body and notified the sheriff's office.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation processed the scene, Bruce said, and CCSO is now handling the investigation.
An autopsy will be completed in a few days, Bruce said.
