KINGSLAND, Ga. — Like most teachers, Southeast Christian Academy's Jessica Williams hours are not a typical 8-3.
She makes herself available all hours of the day and weekend to respond to questions and concerns from parents as it pertains to their children.
She is such a pillar in the lives of every child she has had time with. While working through family tragedies and a devastating yearlong leg injury, she never let anything get in her way of her children.
She has had parents reach out to her before, during and after school hours, when it comes to lesson plans, homework and even family celebrations when the kids feel “Miss Jessica needs to be a part of this” or they say “make sure Miss Jessica sees this video."
That's why Miss Jessica is this week's Teacher of the Week.
