JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A house in Jacksonville's Springfield area is down to its foundation after a fire ravaged it late Tuesday night, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
The fire at the house on North Market Street happened around 11:45 p.m., according to JFRD. A Facebook post states the home was part of a restoration project.
A neighboring house was also impacted by the fire, JFRD told First Coast News, as the back, side and windows of it were seen damaged. The Facebook post states this house was part of the restoration project as well.
JFRD said no one suffered injuries in the fire and that it is under investigation.
