JACKSONVILLE, Fla — A man is expected to be OK after he drove to a BP gas station with a gunshot wound Wednesday night, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
JSO said officers responded to the gas station at around 7 p.m. Once at the scene, officers found a man in his mid-20s. JSO said the man had driven to the gas station and told a customer he had been shot.
He was then taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
JSO said the victim was not shot at the gas station but possibly near it.
