JACKSONVILLE, Fla — Did you see smoke in the downtown area Wednesday afternoon? Jacksonville Fire and Rescue crews were battling a fire at a recycling plant on Beaver Street.
JFRD says a pile of cardboard caught fire at a recycling plant in the 1500 block of Beaver Street.
