Ponte Vedra beach club sells for $1.5 million

The Serenata Beach Club has been sold after months of employees complaining about not being paid.

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — Serenata Beach Club in South Ponte Vedra Beach has been sold to DLP Lending Fund LLC for $1.5 million.

The sale was approved Thursday.

First Coast News previously reported that some employees have not been paid for work they did over the summer.

They say they have repeatedly asked for their money, some totaling in the thousands, and have not received it.

First Cost News is working to learn whether those employees have been paid at this time.
